Adderbury Parish Council are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our Visitors at our website adderburypc.co.uk.

The information that we collect from our visitors is for administration purposes only and will be kept entirely confidential.  We guarantee that none of this information will be passed onto third parties and is soley used for the purposes of analysing web traffic and to enable the improvement of the site in general. We may store information regarding visitor’s ISP domain, the time accessed and the pages visited.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Survey Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with Your views about policies being considered as part of the Neighbourhood Plan. The results and written comments, or summaries, from these surveys may be published. The questions will be phrased in such a way that you will not be identifiable and any Personal Data collected will not be published.

At some stages, for example, during Regulation 14 or 16 consultations, further information may be requested including Personal Data. The results of these consultations are considered public. Personal Data and any identifying details will be removed prior to publication. Where a response to the consultation is made on behalf of a body, for example a company, community group or land interest, the name of that body will be published and is not considered personal data.

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Usage Data
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Postcode

We may also ask you to tell us:

  • The name of any group or organisation you represent – this name will be considered public data, and may be published alongside the organisation comments (please note ‘Survey Data’ above)

 

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
